Charger Does Not Work , Steps for Inspection:

Please test the health of the battery before charging, (the battery has been used for more than 12 months or not used for 3-4 months).

If the green light is on when you plug it in, but the charger does not work when the battery is connected and the green light is still on. This is because the positive and negative (+/-) connectors of our charger do not match the size of your battery connector, you can try to change the connector to connect with your battery.

When plugged into the power supply green light, connected to your device LED shows red light means it has been working properly, after fully charged LED will become green light.

The charger is equipped with an DC 5.5*2.1 mm connector

When charging, the red light on the charger lights up, and when the battery is fully charged, the indicator turns green

Reminder/Warning: Do not charge a damaged battery.

When using this charger for the first time, monitor the temperature of the battery.

If your battery connector or polarity is inappropriate, do not use it.

Do not use in humid environment.

Do not use as an electronic mobile charger

When the battery is fully charged, cut off the AC power supply.

Do not use on lead-acid batteries.

For most applications, charging times of 5-10 hours provide the longest battery life

But if your app requires fast charging, the l i-ion battery can be safely charged in less than 1 hour (1 C ratio).

In our lab tests,We found that the longest life of the l i-ion battery was at a charging speed of 0.3 C or less

We recommend that the rated current of the charger be 1/3 or less of the rated current of the battery to extend the service life.
