Great seller! When a different seller cancelled our order for a different bike days before Christmas, I reached out to this seller asking if there was anything they could do to deliver by Christmas (expected delivery date was 12/31). The seller responded immediately saying they would do their best. The bike arrived on 12/23 – over a week early and in time for us to assemble it before the big day. They saved Christmas and my boys absolutely love the bike. Assembly was easy and the bike has a good battery life, providing hours of entertainment.
Arrived 2 days within the estimated time. Packaging in good condition given the heavy weight. Was easy to fix with the tools provided if you are handy enough. Instructions need improvement. As for the bike itself – well built, looks good and my 7yr kid loves it. Max speed is a bit on the top and needs easing into. So far so good. Will serve for good 2-3 years.

This is a great bike. Pretty easy to assemble, runs great and our 11 yr old daughter loves it. It works well for her size 5ft and 100lb-ish. She has been riding it non stop. It has some good weight to it as well and feels sturdy. The great part is you can load it in the back of your suv or truck and there are no worries about gas or oil spilling out

We received the package one week early which is awesome. Assembly was a little harder then we thought, the handle bar plate was mounted in backwards but it was an easy fix. Instruction manual is a little backwards but it has ran great for us so far! It’s the perfect height for our 7 year old and she has room to keep growing on it! It’s extremely quiet which is awesome! The battery has lasted over an hour on riding it with the low speed setting on. Super fun!
