Excellent quality, flexibility and long supply of power. Great option and safe for inside use in your apartment, condo or townhome where an external generator is not an option or if you want a safe backup. Company is very responsible and lots of add on opportunities to customize the device for your needs. Just make sure you order it before a big storm hits and leave enough time to get it bought, setup and customized. These are sometimes in very high demand so plan accordingly. I keep it plugged in all the time to use as soon as the power goes out.

Whatever you do get one with the wheels! These things are heavy but easily moved with the wheels and handle raised. Bought this for after storm power, but also using it in my glassed in porch to provide electricity for heat or a/c since outlets are limited and located on only one wall. This can be positioned along the outer glass walls with no cord running across the floor. Still testing run time for heating, etc before recharge is necessary so I can not speak to that yet. I can also use it to run tools outside since my old outside electric plug is now enclosed in the glass porch. Not that noticeable and so easy to attach and detach whatever you want to it.

I hope I never have to use it but it is a comfort to know its available. It was easy to set up – just unpack it and plug it in. Charging was really quick. The solar panels are quite heavy but that's what husbands are for. The main unit is very easy to move even though it also is quite heavy but it has an extendable handle like a suitcase.

This is literally running my house right now. It was winter and husband has become ill, and I needed a source other than his battery banks which were not working. I am very pleased with this. I only have it running my lights in the house and my router which runs my tablet or a computer. Lasts almost 48 hours before it needs recharge and it charges from 30% to 100% and just about three hours maybe four hours if he’s charging something else. I plan to add onto it. Somebody told me today that it only runs for two years but it says it will run for 10. I’m hoping for the 10 or close. I have a little Jack that runs my tablet when everything runs out, (I am totally off grid) which is what prompted me to get the big Jack. It was a little heavier than I anticipated. Husband had to pick it up and put it in the back of the car and it said that it was 70 pounds which was a little more than a little old man can lift, but he managed to get it in there. If he would’ve known he could’ve come up with an alternative lifting help. But overall hugely happy and I’ll be buying more of these. I might add I did get it on sale which was still $3000. But it was a gift for my husband who I suspect is running toward Alzheimer’s. This is going to help me a lot and keep our house going when all else fails. I might add here that I don’t run a refrigerator or any other major electronics. No microwave or anything like that. If I was going to run things like that, it might’ve gone for the more wattage option.
