Ship from CA warehouse. Processing (1-2 business days); Deliveries within California typically take 2–3 business days, while deliveries to the lower 48 states (excluding California) usually take 4–7 business days.

The bike will arrive mostly assembled. We provided the tools in the box and an assembly video on the detail page.

What kind of battery does this eBike have, and how far can it go on a single charge?

This eBike is equipped with a high-capacity 48V 20Ah lithium battery, offering a range of 40–60 miles on throttle mode and 80–100 miles with pedal assist.

How to turn on the electric bike?

Press the battery power button to the 丨 position, then hold the middle power button for 3 seconds to turn on the display. PAS-0 is the pedal mode; PAS 1-5 are the power assist modes.

How to activate the bicycle boost mode?

Holding the “-” button will activate the boost mode.

Is the crack on the bike wheel rim caused by damage?

No, actually. Many big-brand wheel rims have a manufacturing seam—heated, bent, then joined into a circle. It’s a normal craft mark, not damage.

Is it normal for the charger and battery to get warm during charging?

Yes, nomal. This bike’s 3A fast charging sends more current quickly, causing warmth. Safe if under 130°F.
