Which types of vehicles is this jump starter suitable for?

The A2C T18 is suitable for 12V vehicles, including trucks, motorcycles, lawnmowers, snowmobiles, RVs, and more. Please note it not ideal for heavy-duty trucks or commercial vehicles.

Can the T18 work in extreme temperatures?

Yes. It can be stored from -4°F to 158°F, used from 14°F to 131°F, and charged safely between 32°F and 113°F.

Why does the T18 show 100% after storage but drop quickly (like 85%)when I use it?

After long storage, all batteries lose a little power even if not in use. Once you start your car, it updates to the true level. This does not affect performance or product quality.

Why does the T18 screen turn off by itself?

If there is no operation, the screen will automatically turn off after 35 seconds to save power.

Why can’t it start my car?

The T18 can’t jump start when the battery is below 2V. Try using it to charge the battery for a few minutes, then start again.
