Before the installation and operation of our solar inverter, we highly recommend installing circuit breakers in the following four positions:

Place a 200A double – pole breaker between the battery pack and the battery input terminals of the inverter. This breaker safeguards the inverter and battery from over – current situations, preventing potential damage caused by excessive current flow from the battery pack.Install a 20A double – pole breaker between the solar panels and the PV input terminals of the inverter. It serves to protect the inverter from high – current surges that might occur in the solar panel circuit, especially during sudden changes in sunlight intensity.Position a 63A double – pole breaker between the AC power input terminals of the inverter. This breaker is crucial for protecting the inverter from abnormal currents in the incoming AC power supply, ensuring the safe operation of the inverter when connected to an external power source.Put a 40A double – pole breaker between the output terminals of the inverter and the load. This breaker protects the load from any electrical faults within the inverter, such as short – circuits or over – voltage situations.

Please note that our power inverter does not support parallel operation. Parallel operation may lead to electrical malfunctions, over – current, and potential damage to the inverter and other electrical components.Our solar inverter is not designed to be waterproof. To ensure its long – term reliable operation, please install it indoors in a well – ventilated area. Adequate ventilation helps dissipate heat generated during operation. If installing outdoors, make sure it is under a shelter to protect it from rain. Exposure to water can cause internal short – circuits and damage the inverter’s electrical components.For this 4000 – watt inverter, the maximum solar input voltage it can safely accept is 350VDC. Given that in some cases, especially when sunlight is extremely strong, the solar input voltage may exceed 350VDC. Therefore, we recommend that the maximum open – circuit voltage of the connected solar panel should be 280VDC. This provides a safety margin to prevent over – voltage damage to the inverter. Additionally, for initial battery charging, the PV start – up voltage should be greater than 90Vdc. This ensures that the battery can be properly charged when the solar system is activated.Our hybrid inverter comes equipped with a built – in automatic transfer switch (ATS). To use it correctly, directly connect the utility grid to the AC input of the inverter, and connect the AC output of the inverter directly to the load. Do not install any additional transfer switches. The built – in ATS is designed to manage the power supply transition between the utility grid and the inverter’s output efficiently. Installing additional transfer switches may disrupt the normal operation of the ATS and cause power supply problems.
