Installing Steps

Wall Mounting

Begin by drilling an approximately 5-inch hole in the wall or wooden board. Next, attach the mounting bracket for the exhaust muffler over this hole. Finally, guide the exhaust muffler through the bracket to complete the installation.

Exhaust Outlet Adapter

To begin at the generator’s exhaust outlet, replace or install an adapter. This kit provides four adapter styles for broad compatibility with various generator models. Simply choose the one that matches your generator for a proper and secure installation.

Connection at Both Ends

After setting the distance between the generator and muffler, join them with the matching 304 stainless steel corrugated pipe. The connectors should be inserted into the pipe, ensuring a segment of the corrugated section remains visible at both ends.

Pipe Tightening

To reduce exhaust backflow and enhance the seal, we provide a fiberglass aluminum foil tape. Please wrap this tape around the joint-pipe connection and then secure it firmly with the 304 stainless steel U-clamp.
