AN UPGRADED TRICKLE CHARGER WITH AUTO-SHUTOFF FUNCTION

If the battery is too low, it will enter the pre-charge with a smaller current for ≥0.5 hours, then constant current and voltage,and trickle charging. Once trickle charging is complete, the system will automatically cut off to prevent overcharging.

HEAT DISSIPATION AND SAFETY

1.Clear any foreign objects from the charger’s fan and reserve space for heat dissipation.

2.Do not charge swollen,disconnected (in terms of internal circuits)or severely sulfated batteries.

PROPER WIRING AND CHARGING METHOD

When charging, first insert the output connector, then connect the power cord. After charging, first unplug the power cord, then remove the output connector.

Typically, charging time ≤13 hours, or need to check the battery’s health or compatibility.

ITEMS TO BE CONFIRMED BEFORE USING THE CHARGER

1.Check if the battery polarity is reversed when installing/modifying the battery.

2.Always connect the power cord’s ground wire.

3.lf the charger indicator is off or the connector overheats, immediately power off and check the wiring.

TROUBLE SHOOTING STEPS FOR CHARGING FAILURE（Check the charger and battery）

1.Ensure that the charger can detect a voltage of ≥8V(aged batteries may fail to trigger the start up).

2.Lead acid batteries and lithium batteries are incompatible; Please use the corresponding charger, it cannot be interchanged.
