A: When a solar panel is in use, it’s normal for the actual power output to be lower than the rated power, as solar panel efficiency can be affected by factors such as sunlight intensity, panel temperature, the angle of sunlight exposure (ideally 90 degrees), the input limit of the device being charged, and environmental factors like tree or cloud shadows, dust, glass, dirt, or other obstructions. To get the best performance, test the panel in full sunlight, as cloudy weather can reduce its output, and make sure there are no shadows on the panel.（Suggestion:While this solar panel is designed for emergency charging, we recommend using the included AC adapter for day-to-day charging for best results.）
