Confirm these two key specs using your device or its original charger:

Voltage: It must be a 36V Lithium Battery.

Port: The charging port must match one of our five included connectors (5.5mm 1-prong, 8mm 3-prong, 12mm 3-prong, XLR, or XIAOMI (RCA)).

The plug fits, but the charger doesn’t work. Why?

A physical fit is not a sign of voltage compatibility—this is the #1 reason for issues. Your device must specifically use a 36V Lithium battery. Using the wrong voltage won’t charge the device and can be unsafe.

An immediate green light means incorrect voltage. This charger is for devices whose original charger has an OUTPUT of 42V (for a 36V Lithium battery). Please verify this on your original charger to ensure compatibility.
