1. The battery life is short after charging, and it cannot meet the needs of a backup power supply?

2. How to turn on the device correctly? Do I need to press and hold the power button?

Press and hold the power button for 2s until the display lights up. If it fails, fully charge with the original charger or check for overload. For AC output: first power on (2s hold), then press the AC button.

3. The charger/body gets very hot when charging. Is this normal?

Slight heating is normal (UN38.3/UL2743 compliant). Stop use if abnormally hot/smelly: 1.Use included 35W original charger (65W fast charger optional); 2. Ensure ventilation; 3. Contact after-sales if the issue persists.

4. Can it be charged via a solar panel?
