The lights work very well and they look great. Solar lights are never going to bathe your yard in brightness- you truly need wired lights for that but these come on when needed and shine nicely . Best of all they add a great accent to my landscaping . As far as Customer service: One light came cracked – the bulb cover was off. I emailed them and received a reply within an hour , they apologized and said they would send a 2 pack replacement . Then when I woke up today I found an email from them saying this
"Unfortunately, our set of 2 solar lights are currently unavailable. I don't want to keep you waiting, and so I have just processed an order to have a new set free of charge replacements sent to you. Also, we don't want you to go to any inconvenience returning anything. Amazon's estimated delivery to you is Tuesday, June 2, 2020."
That is amazing . I recommended them to my neighbor who loves the way they look and he is getting them as well
So happy with this company- if you are looking for solar lights get these!!!

The included batteries are not very powerful and don't provide long lasting light, even when fully charged. The batteries that were included are easily replaceable with other rechargeable batteries that do last considerably longer – for example I bought Energizer AA rechargeable batteries and use those and once they are fully charged, they seem to be lasting for at least 3 or more days before the charge is so weak that I need to remove the batteries from these lights and bring them in to charge up in the charger inside. Once they are fully charged again though, the cycle repeats for several more days.
I've seen far worse on other lights that I got at a home improvement store. Those lights use different size batteries that I was able to find here at the A to Z store, but again they are weak-ish and don't last long even after being fully charged. One night and maybe a few hours the next day even if the next day was bright and sunny — at least not in the fall and winter months when there is far less daylight time to take advantage of for charging.
These assembled quickly enough, light fairly bright white (not a huge radius of light, but the light that is given off is bright white). I have them lining my driveway and they are much like runway lights for an airport. Definitely letting me know where the driveway is and/or where the edge of the driveway is and making it easier to find my driveway when it gets dark out so darned early (fall and winter). Bonus that these came in a bundle that included 10 lights per box. While I wound up buying a second set and doubling up on the numbers of lights that I had in the same area that was previously covered with the lights from the home improvement store (that didn't last too long), there were so many in the package that it offered me plenty to place everywhere that I was hoping to get lighted.

I couldn’t be happier with these lights. Ohio weather can change on a dime but so far, with sunny or mostly sunny days these lights stay lit until dawn. I especially liked the fact I could adjust the height between 8” or 12”. I started them out lower at the bottom of my driveway and increased the height as the distance between my drive and my neighbor’s drive increased. They look fabulous and were easy to assemble and install. Several neighbors have complimented us on them. Just hit the “buy” button!
I would be remiss if I failed to mention I contacted GardenBliss customer service for a small issue I had with a single light and they responded immediately to rectify the problem. That kind of customer service is hard to come by these days.
